Anatomical location

On the medial leg, immediately posterior to the medial border of the tibia, 6 cun above the prominence of the medial malleolus and 3 cun above SP-6.

Traditional actions

Supports Spleen qi; drains dampness; promotes fluid movement in the lower burner.

Primary: Abdominal distension; intestinal rumbling; difficult urination; swelling of the lower leg.
