These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AcuAtlas mobile app and the website at https://acupointatlas.com, operated by AcuAtlas.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by the laws that apply to you to use the app.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal iPhone for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • copy or resell the app,
  • reverse engineer it where law does not allow it, or
  • use it in a harmful or unlawful way.

3. One-Time Purchase and Payments

The complete current reference library is offered as a one-time purchase shown in the app. Prices may vary by country and storefront.

  • All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • We do not have access to your payment information.
  • The one-time purchase does not renew automatically.
  • You can restore access in the app using the Apple ID that made the purchase.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process refunds directly.

4. User Content

App preferences remain yours and are intended to stay on your device.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, branding, and code belong to AcuAtlas or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

6. Privacy

Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers

The app is an educational reference, not diagnosis, treatment advice, or needling instruction. It is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

9. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims that arise from your misuse of the app or your violation of these Terms where the law allows this.

10. Termination

We may limit or end access if the app is misused or if we stop offering the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AcuAtlas operates, unless a different law applies to you by force.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The latest version will appear on this page with a revised date.

13. Severability

If one part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and us regarding the app.
