Anatomical location

On the dorsum of the hand, two points midway between the wrist crease and the metacarpophalangeal joints, in the depressions between the 2nd/3rd and the 4th/5th metacarpal bones (2 points per hand).

Traditional actions

Activates blood, moves qi and relieves lumbar pain.

Primary: Acute lumbar sprain; lumbar pain

Secondary: Headache; hand and wrist pain
