EX-LE-1 (Kuāngǔ, 髋骨) — Hip Bone

Anatomical location

On the anterior thigh, a group of two points 1.5 cun on either side of ST34 (Liangqiu), which is 2 cun proximal to the superolateral border of the patella (2 points per leg).

Traditional actions

Activates the channel, dispels wind-damp and relieves pain.

Primary: Knee pain and swelling; weakness and atrophy of the leg

Secondary: Rheumatic knee disorders; lower-limb paralysis
